People Say They’re Busy To Make It Seem Like They’re Popular And In-Demand

Telling people “you’re busy” has become one of the biggest cop-outs ever. When it comes to who or what’s important, you will always make time for it. It doesn’t matter what’s going on in your life, you will make time. If you don’t, then it just wasn’t a priority for you. That’s fine, but quit saying “I’m busy.” We hear people say this all the time and it has become a way for people to make themselves feel like they’re popular and “in demand.” This reality TV era internet age really has people thinking they are so high in demand and so “busy.” Busy is relative and yes, we do get “busy” but you always find the time to do something or see someone or whatever else when it’s at the top of your list.
