If you submit content (comments, messages, creative materials):
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or control the rights to the content.
- The content does not infringe third-party rights.

You grant PATV Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute submitted content for platform operation and promotional purposes.
We may remove content at our discretion.

Purchase of digital content grants a personal-use license only. Ownership is not transferred.
